L&rsquo;encadrement et la logistique sont une nouvelle fois assur\u00e9s par <mark>Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Cortiana<\/mark>.<br><br>Le renforcement musculaire pourquoi ? Bien pour pr\u00e9venir les blessures, \u00e9quilibrer les forces, pour un meilleur coup de p\u00e9dale, diversifier du v\u00e9lo &#8230; et puis rester en contact, partager, et assurer une coh\u00e9sion pendant ces mois d&rsquo;automne et d&rsquo;hiver.<br><br>Les s\u00e9ances ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9but\u00e9, les participants sont nombreux, assidus, travailleurs, et avec le sourire
